Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage selection processes: Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring, ensuring the best fit for each role.
  • Map the talent market and identify opportunities: Analyze market trends, identify emerging talent pools, and monitor competitors to anticipate hiring needs and advise clients effectively.
  • Develop consulting analyses: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on data and market research to optimize their hiring strategies.
  • Carry out commercial activities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to grow the company's portfolio.
  • Implement team strategies: Collaborate with team members to define goals, share best practices, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives to maximize performance.
