Role
Responsibilities
- Research new markets, industries, and potential clients.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop strategies to attract potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social media.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Engage with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Address client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customized sales strategies.
- Work with the sales team to create business growth action plans.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
- Align company offerings with client needs.
- Manage contract negotiations with clients.
- Secure agreements beneficial to both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Provide feedback for product and service improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide reports on business development activities and results.
