Responsibilities
  • Understanding the host company and Japanese companies
  • Proactively learning about human resource management at the host company and Indian companies
  • Experience analyzing human resource strategies
  • Participating in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC  in Nagoya City University to gain deeper insights
  • Interviewing Indian employees
  • Recruitment promotion experience
  • Report writing and presentations

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
