Role

Responsibilities
  • Follow up Order Execution (EDI, delivery creation, shipment...) : complete process since Order entering till order shipped.
  • Follow up portfolio & KPI’s of service & Root Cause analysis.
  • Reporting main KPIs (OTDS/C, CCL, BOL, NOR, LOQ...) to customers & Participation in SIM.
  • Ensure respect of SLA and customize as needed.
  • Be the SPOC of the customer to forward VOC to internal team.
  • Prepare set of documents requested by customer (Cos, Insurance Certificate , Proformas , export documents, etc).
  • Ensure information flow : Lead times , delays , availability stock, blockage at SO / Material level , any other request in logistics.
  • Validate of the technical / sales orders.
  • Urgencies / critical request and returns / Quality request follow up.
  • Support to the CCC / BU.
  • Propose and participate on new improvements.
  • Handling customer claim request (LCR or CCMP).
  • Participate in visit and/or consultation of customers and front offices to understand the different logistics solution needs, priorities and expectations per customer segment.
