Role
Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for a) supporting the administration of the priority topics of Global Transport in DHL Supply Chain, helping the program activities and initiatives by preparing and supporting divers communication means (presentations, communities, events), and supporting/managing program methods and tools b) supporting the communications plan of each program priority c) providing insights in global data and developing tools
- Support maintaining program methods and tools (e.g. action log, status reports)
- Support in preparing and coordinating content for meetings and events
- Work with management team to prioritize business and information needs and deliverables
- Enable and structure workstream activities as part of country deployment activities
- Support implementation of key transport strategic initiatives around decarbonization, digitalization and growth.
- Support global communication strategy by managing the schedule, coordinating content, supporting continuous improvement
- Maintain and administrate business intelligence databases, incl trouble shooting
- Communication, curiosity and collaboration skills are imperative. What is key is that the individual has a communication & quality mindset, is a quick and keen learner and can communicate well across our international teams
