Responsibilities

We understand that AI & Data Governance is a fairly new topic to many, but if you are passioned about data and have sense of creativity with excellent communication skills, we are happy and committed to support those who want to learn how to navigate world of AI & Data Governance. Having understanding of certain technical concpets and previous experience from AI, Data Governance and Analytics field of work , is definitely a plus, but not a key mandatory pre-requisite. If you want to be part of the team that spearheads AI and Data Analytics agenda in DHL Group, you will need to be adaptable and a fast learner. We are looking someone with exceptional creativity, excellent storytelling and presentation skills, to translate and communicate highly technical concepts with simple language to non-technical audience.

  • Support AI & Data Governance Team on various awareness campaigns and projects by developing engaging communication materials and functional content.
  • Act as representative for the AI & Data Governance Team in Data Ingestion process by facilitate all necessary requirements with various stakeholders.
  • Execute data management activities to further enrich our data platforms (Data Catalog & Data Quality) by uploading and maintaining metadata, or addressing and following up on metadata quality issues.
  • Conduct ongoing AI & Data Governance KPI reporting.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of user training sessions for our Data Catalog and Data Quality platforms.
  • Support specific AI & Data Governance Project Workstreams in various initiatives / cross-functional programs, mainly around implementation of Data Mesh , Data Quality and AI Act
