Working hours
1. Support and develop (digital) marketing campaigns for existing products and upcoming launches (e.g. localization of assets, translation, HCP Portal).
2. Assist in the annual marketing strategy and plan for the BNL cluster.
3. Manage day-to-day marketing, digital marketing & communication operations.
4. Track usage & impact of promotional campaigns & journeys to optimize future efforts.
5. Lead ad hoc strategic projects that contribute to brand growth in short & long term.
Hard skills: excel & ppt is a must, high digital capabilities (tech-friendly profile)
Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital marketing tools is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Languages: English is mandatory and french or dutch is a big plus
- Teamwork, Adaptability, strong communication, can-do attitude, project management,curiosity, creativity
Education & experiences:
- Business & administration, marketing, pharmacy, biology or medicine background ideally both marketing & pharmacy (scientific) background
- Experiences in marketing in the pharma industry is a plus (internships etc.).
About you:
- You can start in January or February 2025 and are available for 12 months.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific and/or marketing discipline.
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- You have a flexible mindset, you are proactive and can work independently with an eagerness to learn.
- A first experience in the pharma industry is a plus, but not mandatory. You have a strong interest to work in the pharmaceutical area.
