Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  1. Maintain Budget Management Dashboard to ensure good insights on spend and to take mindful decisions on resource allocation
  2. Manage and maintain skills resilience and training compliance dashboards in collaboration with vendor/partner team/organization to maintain right level of skills, in line with contract KPI and SLAs.
  3. Track and monitor progress on key actions across teams (from monthly performance review meetings and vendor/partner steering committees)
  4. Guide the operational teams towards seeking opportunities for continuous improvements, automation, and optimization in a customer centric mindset. a. Seek for reduction/automation of repetitive incidents and tasks. b. Look for and implement ways to empower users to be as independent as possible (e.g. trainings, knowledge repositories, community building, etc).
  5. Manage activities around invoice reception, review and approval.
  6. Facilitate UCB IT audits as appropriate towards AMS teams Quality, Security
  7. Provide assistance towards scoping, forecasting, budget planning.
  8. Maintain effectiveness in knowledge transfer of IT applications from project to support team.
  9. Control Implementations to stay compliant as appropriate for various methods and processes (AGILE, SCRUM, validation, GxP)
  10. Facilitate activities around contract renewals, industry external benchmarking on costs and performance.
