Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Working closely with Head of Commercial Governance & Innovation and Vice-President

Customer & Commercial Excellence on numerous projects and tasks depending on business needs

 Participate to the definition of strategic plans for the aftermarket division in area of customer

& commercial excellence activities and supporting domains such as advanced analytics,

pricing, sales enablement, service desk management & digital front-end solutions.

 Support deployment of these strategies globally and across all business line and customer segment

 Support in preparation of standards and processes of business and performance reviews

 Support in organization and consolidation of customer & commercial excellence roadmaps,

help to drive the regular review sessions and ensure clear tracking of deliverables and milestones.

 Support the moderation and organization of biweekly, monthly and quarterly team meetings and engagement activities and internally coordinate the preparation and execution of leadership business reviews.

 Foster a culture of continuous improvement within customer & commercial excellence

department and support functional leaders in change management & communication activities (content and design of internal pages, newsletters, community management etc.)

 Design and provide standardized ppt templates, story boards for performance & KPI reviews & support in preparation of leadership performance reviews.

Lead and/or support ad hoc strategic divisional projects.

Preparing various internal and external communication to team members and various stakeholders and help in overall internal communication strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 Student or graduated from Business, Communication or Engineering School

 Fluent English is mandatory

 Excellent communication, presentation and soft skills

 Experience in automotive industry and in a matrix organization is an asset
