Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Regularly updating and maintaining the Group Litigation Report to ensure all legal disputes and proceedings are accurately documented and tracked, providing critical insights for senior management and legal strategy.
  • Coordinating the timely update of the Group Structure Chart, ensuring that all changes in the organizations structure are reflected accurately and comprehensively, which is essential for legal compliance and strategic planning.
  • Conducting initial reviews of straightforward legal agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to ensure they meet legal standards and align with company policies, following the guidance provided by Senior Legal Counsel.
  • Assisting in the organization and preparation of Supervisory Board Meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling necessary documentation, and ensuring all materials are accurate and complete to facilitate effective decision-making at the highest level.
