Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize source files (on going/prep for content refresh) inclusive of a catalog of films.
- Support the global community by fostering relationships in each Region (which consists of North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, United Kingdom and Ireland and Europe/Middle East/Africa)
- Full ownership of the back end Certified Shop inclusive of replenishment portal management, ordering stock, forecasts of materials, distribution of passports, merch and one offs as well as communications.
- Creatively find ways to recognize members in the Regions for facilitation, translation, etc. and deliver recognition.
- PowerBI maintenance and review of key factors - Evaluation results and trends; Languages and for which product.
- Review and recommend myTW and Certified synergies between Certified and Learning Tech teams inclusive of consistent approach - naming conventions, descriptions, templates, content revision.
- eJournal publication and amends editting
