Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing communication & patient advocacy plans and strategies.
  • Assist in creating and editing content for internal and external communication channels, such as newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Support the organization's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support, such as maintaining communication databases, monitoring email inboxes, and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
  • Follow organizational guidelines and standards for brand consistency and messaging.
  • Support corporate communications, associate engagement initiatives and internal communications channels management, including producing communications assets, support campaigns, and assist digital external channels management
  • Support therapeutic communications and patient advocacy efforts, including administrative tasks
  • Monitor media, prepare context analysis and reports
