About the job and it’s activities


Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Main activities:

- Monitoring, analysis and optimization of quality performance indicators: Logistic defect rate (LDR), Manufacturing defect rate (MDR), Delivery complaint rate (DCR), non quality costs (NQC).

- Improvement of process robustness through Process FMEA approach in strong collaboration with operation team and method engineers.

- Daily support to production and management of the non-conformities/issues following G8D approach and Kata QRCI / representative of the quality department in the short interval animation of the sector.

- Implementing and deploying of the quality fundamentals and continuous improving processes through layer process audit.

- Conducting internal audits and action plan follow-up.

- Leading and/or supporting improvement and digitalization projects.

Competencies required:

-Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methods and tools : Root cause analysis, Lean 6 sigma Green-belt, G8D / PRB, FMEA, Process Control plans, Statistical process control (SPC) etc.

-ISO-9001/ Internal audit

-2 to 3 year experience in industrial environment/high volumes automated manufacturing, distribution center or industrialization background is a plus.
