Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • General administration of departmental matters
  • Liaising with team members and overseas offices to gather and consolidate information
  • Content review for the issuing of supporting documents (CVs, Organisational Charts, and other auxiliary documents)
  • Creation and management of tools/databases for improved data collection and processing
  • Adjustment and creation of content for the maintenance of a directory of content to support the preparation of proposals
  • Obtaining information from within the organisation and public sources (i.e. internet research)
  • Working with team members to analyse clients' rate sheets
