About the job and it’s activities


Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Main activities:

Delivery Experience.

  • Drive improvements of our customers' NSS on Delivery, leveraging customers voice and data & analytics.
  • Deliver together with local stakeholders (GSC and Country organization) successful plans, with a specific focus on key customer segments and VIP customers.
  • Make regular external benchmarks and competitive analysis.

Commercial Logistic Offer (CLO).

  • Manage CLOs to ensure on-time order execution and competitive positioning by customer type.

Order Experience.

  • Drives digitization of the Delivery experience (MySE, MySchneider, e-Commerce).
  • Ensure product and customer master data are properly managed to allow best-in-class customer experience.
  • Master ERP key functionalities, especially date rescheduling relative to order entry and fulfilment.

Customer Process Capabilities (CPC).

  • Implement, deploy, measure and monetize the Customer Process Capabilities.
  • Ensure strong personalization by customer type to create a sustainable competitive advantage

Interacts with:

  • GSC Regional Organization Logistics, Planning and manufacturing;
  • Customer Care and Business Leaders in their country, DCX Leader, Schneider Digital.

Measures of Success:

  • Nett Satisfaction Score on Deliveries (NSSoD).
  • Customer Process Capability (CPC) adoption rate.
  • Monetization of CPC's.
  • Zero touch order %.


  • ERP systems (preferred: SAP).
  • Tableau.
  • Data analytics.
  • Change Management.
  • Business and Supply Chain.
  • Previous experience in Logistics, Customer Care or Sales/Marketing.
  • Project Organization and Planning.
  • Focus on customer.
  • Lead with agility.
  • Influencing skills to convince senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Strong digital mind-set with analytical skills.
  • Take risks and innovate.
