Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process

Sourcing potential candidates from various available channels: TCS internal database, AIESEC

platform, Employee Referral Program, and external platforms

Pre-screening candidates over the phone

Organizing language checks and interviews with short-listed candidates

Conducting HR interviews

Final selection decision making, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other

details, and providing feedback to candidates (sending offer letters or rejection e-mails)

Administering recruitment related data (internal database, candidate evaluation forms, recruitment

tracker)

Process improvement: Standardizing VISA processes between AIESEC, TCS, and Interns

Assisting with the candidate onboarding process
