Sunday, - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
  •  ELV Design & Specifications:  Develop comprehensive ELV system designs, including schematics, detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. uSelect appropriate ELV equipment and components based on project needs, performance criteria, and budget. uEnsure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices. u Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
  •  Project Management & Supervision: uConduct site surveys and assessments to inform design and implementation. u Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. uCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. uResolve technical challenges, discrepancies, and change orders. u Prepare progress reports, technical submittals, and project documentation.
  •   Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: u Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and address technical queries. uParticipate in design reviews and coordination meetings with architects, MEP engineers, and other project team members. uProvide technical support and guidance to clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Industry Knowledge & Innovation: u Stay updated on the latest ELV technologies, products, and industry trends. u Identify and propose innovative ELV solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and user experience. u Contribute to the development of in-house ELV design standards and best practice
