Training Delivery: Coordinate and support in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Ensure training sessions are well-organized, interactive, and meet the desired learning outcomes.
Training Logistics: Arrange training venues, equipment, and materials. Coordinate participant registration, attendance, and logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodation (if required), and catering. Ensure all training resources are available and in working order.
-Training Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance sheets, feedbacks/ evaluations, and training completion certificates. Create reports on training activities, participant progress, and overall training effectiveness.
Training Evaluation: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness. Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancing future training programs.
