Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Create people KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards, contributing to innovative people analytics processes.
  • Work collaboratively on key projects, identifying problems and developing solutions with IT and specialist teams.
  • Support the strategic development of the BI data architecture for people-related issues.
  • Drive user education on BI solutions and how to use them.
  • Support in the translation of analytical facts into business applications.
