Team member activities and contribution:
-
Being a dynamic member of the Partner Development Team, with a positive, cost effective, caring and “can do attitude”, during onsite development events and online delivery coordination.
-
Collaborating with the programme managers and co-ordinators, tutors, administration centre for all workshops and as the back office support for workshop preparations.
-
Liaising with international Learning & Development colleagues from around the PwC network on aspects relating to the courses.

Supporting and contributing during different programmes and projects within the wider team of our Leadership Development Centre of Excellence.

Creating high quality communication and training material related to the programme.
-
Supporting the adoption of new technologies and improvement of current operations.

Evaluating and collecting courses’ data and reporting.

Creating impactful presentations, such as slides, that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes, propose innovative solutions, and implement enhancements to optimise efficiency and quality

- Expected challenges in the role:

Balancing intense periods of high workload before, during and after the courses and the need for high-quality and detail-oriented work in the office.

Learn fast to become self-organised and anticipate and plan for execution.

Alternating periods of working together with the team and periods of travel (in case of in-person workshops).

Sometimes the need to make decisions on your own.

Learning to use new technologies with resourcefulness

- Expected personal qualities:

Knowledge and experience with Database Administration & Data Analytics;

Understanding of/experience with basic processes in HR and basic budgeting.

Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe.

Knowledge of German would be appreciated)
