Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.

Checking in and checking out guests efficiently.

Handling reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.

Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.

Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handling guest requests and addressing concerns.

Managing payments and processing billing information.

Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.

Coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Responding to emergency situations and assisting guests as needed.

Interns should work 45 hours per week according to the need of the hotel. Holidays can be taken on two days from the days of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at necessity and after requesting.
