Responsibilities

As a member of the Group Supply Chain (SC) Analytics, you will:

• Organize and follow-up SC Analytics data solutions lifecycle activities including

o Ideation: create ideas for SC data products together with the cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into usecase demands

o Backlog management: ensure complete and accurate overview of all SC data usecases across various functions

o Demand prioritization: facilitate demand assessment and prioritization within each SC function

o Demand Intake: engage with business roles like solution owners to specify requirements for usecases and completion of demand intake documentation, validate the completeness with impacted stakeholders.

o Change management: at end of solution deployment, actively engage with stakeholders to support in user enablement through best practice change management framework and trainings

• Proactively manage SC Analytics use case / demand backlog and facilitate prioritization of usecases with various functional leads.

• Practice effective documentation of decisions and tracking of actions in phases mentioned above, and work to develop communication routines to provide effective updates throughout the process

• Support the preparation of change management, training and communication activities for SC analytics

• Enable and support solution owners to execute change management framework within individual analytics solutions, measure outcomes of change management

 Support in strategizing training plans for business roles and end users in SC analytics

 Build relationships and communicate the value of Supply chain analytics changes to stakeholders across various levels

 Support onboarding of business roles and enable them with guidance to follow the structured approach
