Role

Responsibilities
  • Outline and execute the sales and marketing plan - primarily targeting customers in the respective catchment areas of the shops we have
  • Seeking partnerships for creating in plants in supermarkets and delivery to private schools.
  • Defining the customers' experience and training the salespeople in the gelateria/shops to ensure great customer service and satisfaction.
  • Research product suitability and recommend new flavors based on customer feedback.
  • Enhancing our digital presence and developing an online sales strategy via our online store.
  • Designing bespoke customer experiences e.g. by targeting key events that target clientele would be present.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
