"After the experience of leading a large organisation, I wanted the challenge
of leading a team in a different cultural climate. An international working experience is essential
if you want to be successful in an increasingly globalised world. This is why when I saw this
opportunity in
Latvia
; I knew I had to apply.”
Jake is leading an international team, which is working to drive growth and provide sustainability for AIESEC in Latvia. “AIESEC in Latvia has achieved some great results in the last two years. Now the challenge is to take that a step further. It’s a very exciting challenge to accept.” Jake is excited to be spending the next 12 months living in Latvia . It is the first time he has lived abroad and he is looking forward to discovering Latvian culture and exploring the history of the area. |
