Our offerings span IT infrastructure, personal computing and access devices, global services and imaging and printing for consumers, enterprises and small and medium businesses. Our company employs over 140,000 people in 178 countries doing business in more than 40 currencies and more than 10 languages. HP has been working with AIESEC since 1979. It was, however, not until the 1990s that AIESEC and Hewlett Packard substantially increased the level of contact between each other through: Conferences HP has been a sponsor of AIESEC's International Congresses in 1992, 1997, 1999, 2002, 2003 and 2004 with the “HP Digital Café”. They also supported International President's Meeting 1999 in Taiwan, the Asia-Pacific Congress 1996 in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific eXproLDS conference in 2002 in India. Countries HP's partnerships exist at the local level as well in, among others, Germany, France, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa and Venezuela where they provide financial and in-kind support in addition to traineeships. i.e. every year they sponsor AIESEC in France with 7,000 EUR a year in HP equipment and accessories. |
